About PERUMED APM

PERUBATAN MEDAN APM (PERUMED APM) is the Field Medicine Section of the Civil Defence Auxiliary (Medical), operating under the Malaysia Civil Defence Force (MCDF).

We exist to save lives, protect communities, and support responders during disasters and national emergencies.

Our mission is to provide:

• Rapid medical coverage at disaster sites
• Standby medical teams for MCDF personnel during events
• Basic stabilization, triage, and casualty handover to health authorities

Guided by the Civil Defence Act 1951 (Act 221), PERUMED APM brings together trained volunteers and medical auxiliaries to strengthen Malaysia’s resilience against disasters.
